This is a pivotal role, responsible for coordinating service operations, scheduling engineers, and delivering exceptional customer support.You will act as the key point of contact between customers, field engineers, and internal departments, ensuring efficient service delivery, timely communication, and high levels of customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling and CoordinationPlan and schedule maintenance visits, inspections, and preventative maintenanceCoordinate emergency breakdown callouts in line with SLAsAllocate engineers based on skill, location, and availabilityOptimise routes and schedulesMonitor engineer progress and adjust schedulesBalance planned and reactive workCoordinate specialist repairs and subcontractorsCustomer ServiceHandle enquiries via phone and emailProcess service requests and bookingsProvide updates on appointments and delaysManage expectations and resolve issuesFollow up post-serviceEmergency SupportFirst point of contact for breakdownsPrioritise urgent callsCoordinate emergency responseLiaise with emergency services if requiredAdministrationMaintain accurate recordsProcess engineer reportsMonitor compliance and inspectionsProduce performance reportsAbout You2 years scheduling/coordination experienceStrong customer service backgroundExcellent organisation and multitasking skillsCalm under pressureStrong IT skills (MS Office)Logical thinker with good geographical awarenessDesirableEngineering or field service backgroundKnowledge of SLAs and complianceExperience with service systemsBenefitsCompetitive salary25 days holiday bank holidaysPension schemeLife assuranceTraining and progression opportunitiesWorking HoursMonday to Friday, 37.5 hoursOffice based in AylesburyCore hours 8am–5pmOccasional on-call rota
