As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of our service department, ensuring every customer has a smooth and excellent journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maximising Service Sales: Use your exceptional communication skills to confidently upsell additional products, services, and repair work.
- Customer Support: Deliver product knowledge and support to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with a high degree of care.
- System Management: Ensure all systems and documentation are completed with high accuracy, maintaining a well-organised workflow.
We are seeking a candidate with a strong customer-first mindset and a passion for cars:
- Automotive Experience: Knowledge and experience within the automotive industry is essential.
- Customer-Facing Skills: Proven experience in a busy customer-facing role.
- IT Literate: The ability to use various company systems with confidence.
