Team/Role Overview:
Investor Services is a key business within Citi. The business covers Custody, Funds Services and Execution Services products, providing solutions to a variety of the institutional clients, of both global and regional importance to the firms’ franchise. This role is pivotal in driving the sales and growth strategy for these critical services.
The Global Sales and Solutions Manager will serve as a strategic sales leader and primary relationship owner for assigned institutional clients, driving revenue growth and expanding Citi’s market share within the Investor Services domain. This role is accountable for identifying new business opportunities, developing bespoke solutions, and fostering deep, revenue-generating client relationships. The Sales Manager will act as a proactive advocate for the client’s strategic growth within Citi, leveraging comprehensive product knowledge to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional value.
