Job Overview Provide support on the tax and transfer pricing aspects of intercompany transactions, including assistance with the coordination of intercompany agreements. Assist in gathering, organizing, and validating information required for the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions. Support the calculation of recurring intercompany charges across multiple business segments, including coordination with local finance teams to obtain approvals and ensure accurate posting to financial systems. Utilize enterprise systems and tools (e.g., SAP, PeopleSoft, and consolidation systems, reporting and analytics software such as Alteryx) to extract data and support transfer pricing calculations Prepare and maintain supporting documentation and workpapers for intercompany calculations and transfer pricing analyses Prepare review files and reports to facilitate internal review of intercompany and transfer pricing calculations Assist in analyzing existing intercompany calculation processes and contribute to recommendations for process improvements, including the use of automation and AI‑enabled tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Perform additional ad hoc analyses and special projects related to transfer pricing and intercompany matters, as assigned.Candidate Requirements A bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Economics ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent professional qualification is a plus Minimum of 5 years of experience, with a progressive career in corporate taxation, transfer pricing, or intercompany accounting. Strong enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Solid general knowledge of information technology and emerging AI tools, with ability to apply them effectively in a professional setting. Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, including strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
