We partner closely with business leaders and functions across Reckitt to deliver intelligence-led, risk-based security and resilience capabilities that enable safe, secure, and resilient business operations worldwide.
This is an exciting time to join us as we help shape the future of the department and be part of something special.
About The Role
As the Senior Security Investigations Manager, you will lead Reckitt’s global security investigations capability, responsible for developing and overseeing a globally consistent, intelligence-led investigations framework across the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Security Operations, this new role is responsible for strengthening investigative governance, improving investigative capability, and ensuring investigations are conducted ethically, consistently, and in alignment with legal, compliance, HR, and data privacy requirements. The position plays a key role in protecting Reckitt’s people, assets, operations, and brand reputation through effective investigative oversight and risk mitigation.
You will work closely with regional security teams, cross functional stakeholders and external partners to manage complex investigations, identify emerging risks, strengthen governance, and support broader security objectives globally. The role combines strategic leadership, operational investigations management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across Reckitt’s global operations.
