Across the world, the Group enables its customers and employees, and members of societies at large to live, work and develop sustainably, in a safe and secure information space.Where purpose meets careerJoin a team where your expertise drives meaningful impact and where your growth is part of our mission.Own the programme Take charge of building, optimising, and maintaining complex project schedules that directly shape programme success.Be the trusted partner Work as the key planning liaison for clients, design partners, and contractors—your insights will guide real decisions.Grow with excellence Operate in a high-performing environment with unlimited learning opportunities and a commitment to professional development.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & SchedulingDevelop, manage, and optimise detailed project schedules using MS Project.Integrate contractor and supplier schedules into a unified master programme.Monitor progress, analyse variances, and implement timely recovery strategies.Oversee planning across initiation, design, procurement, build & test, implementation/commissioning, and handover.Stakeholder Management & Client InterfaceAct as the primary planning liaison for the client, ensuring planning deliverables meet client standards.Lead programme plan reviews with client representatives, design partners, and contractors.Provide clear, data-driven insights to support client decision-making.Ensure transparency, consistency, and alignment across all parties.Reporting & GovernanceProduce weekly and monthly planning reports, including Progress updatesMilestone performanceCritical path analysisMaintain strict baseline control and change management discipline.Risk ManagementIdentify schedule risks, constraints, and interdependencies early.Model mitigation scenarios and communication of impacts clearly to stakeholders.Feed schedule intelligence into broader project risk registers.Process & Best PracticeImplement robust planning standards aligned with client expectations.Skills & Experience RequiredStrong experience in project planning and controls.Expert user of MS Project.Excellent communication skills with confidence in reporting to senior client stakeholders.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.Benefits25 days annual paid leave + national holidaysPension scheme with matched contributions up to 10%Private Medical SchemeLife AssuranceIncome ProtectionFlexible Benefits ProgrammeUnlimited Learning OpportunitiesWe are a care leaver friendly employer.
