Senior Operations & Brand Associate Full Time NEW

This role sits at the intersection of operations, brand support, client experience, and events, within a calm, considered environment where every detail matters.
Our space welcomes a thoughtful mix of walk-in clients, private appointments, and intimate in-store events. Alongside the day-to-day running of the boutique, the role also supports the ongoing expression of the brand through content coordination, digital communication, and event preparation.

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, including the independent opening and closing of the boutique and oversight of secure daily operations.

You will also play an active role in supporting brand and client experiences, from event coordination and digital invitations to boutique setup and operational flow.

The role includes
– Independent opening and closing of the boutique
– Overseeing daily boutique operations and logistics
– Supporting client experience and after-sales care
– Assisting with content coordination and digital communications
– Supporting the planning and execution of in-store events and brand experiences
– Coordinating event preparation, setup, guest flow, and catering
– Providing structured, reliable support to the founder

We are looking for someone who
Speaks fluent English and Arabic is a plus
Has experience in luxury retail, hospitality, events, or boutique environments
Is highly organised, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
Feels comfortable balancing operations, client interaction, and brand support
Brings calm energy, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership
