Senior Office Coordinator Full Time

Collide, part of the Propelis Group, provides brand activation solutions across print, promo, digital and fabrication, supporting large and small brands around the world from brand creation to implementation.

We are currently seeking a Senior Office Coordinator to join our team working on-site at our offices based in Witham.

This is a part time role working 5 days a week from 9.30am – 2.30pm Monday to Friday.

In this role you will:

• Produce the weekly overtime report
• Manage the Purchase Order process
• Run reports on SAP and ensure all deliveries are recorded onto the live spreadsheet
• Chase any outstanding additional information, and keep PO spreadsheet up to date
• Action weekly email from Purchase Ledger for any invoices received without POs and check against SAP
• Investigate if invoices require action, and deal with discrepancies accordingly
• Stock management – recording price increases on live stock sheet
• Supplier management – ensuring that orders are approved and highlighting discrepancies
• Action credit card orders on request
• Support dispatch with admin support for overnight deliveries

This role will suit:

• An experienced administrator with a background in Finance processing, ideally with previous knowledge of SAP.
• This is a front of house role – therefore outstanding people-facing skills are a must
