You’ll find the same trusted teams, the same high standards, and the same passion for creating work that makes a real difference to patients and healthcare professionals – alongside new possibilities to grow, innovate, and shape what’s next.OLIXIR is built for the future of healthcare communications – and this is just the beginning.Knowledge/Expertise Independently develop compelling promotional copy, with strong references that meets the client brief and is scientifically accurateIn depth understanding of relevant therapy areas, media formats and marketing techniquesEstablished medical copy expert internallyWrite clearly and concisely, adhering to relevant style guidesEnsure all projects are technically accurate, audience appropriate, and meet the client briefEnsure content is compliant to the ABPI code of practice or relevant regulatory requirements, and is backed up by the necessary researchProficient using Veeva, FUSE and ProofSupport the Senior Writers and review and provide feedback on medical copy developed by less experienced Medical Writers as neededStrategic Skills/Tools Ability to analyze complex scientific and clinical information to provide a clear, succinct summary targeted at the relevant audience Efficiently produce high-quality medical copy for a range of channels including sales aids, websites, videos and animations, leave pieces, and patient information materialsUnderstand customer personas and customer journeys and contribute to omnichannel planning and content strategyClient Relationships Actively participate in briefing sessions and client meetings where requiredConfidently present work to clients, fielding medical writing questions and troubleshooting if necessary Business Development Contribute to pitches both internally and during live presentations, if requiredDisability ConfidentAs an employer committed to accessibility and disability inclusion, we strive to develop a diverse workforce that provides us with a wider range of skills and experience.
