Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Administrator to manage marketing operations, budgets, and internal coordination, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking
• Coordinate with accounting for financial processes and reporting
• Oversee marketing onboarding and documentation
• Manage team calendars, events, and executive scheduling
• Handle merchandise (swag) procurement and inventory
• Lead learning & development and mentoring programs
• Maintain SOPs and improve operational processes
• Support marketing planning and forecasting
Candidate Requirements
• Experience in marketing operations or administrative roles
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, invoicing, and PO processes
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with tools like Excel and procurement platforms
