A highly respected and expanding regional law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Solicitor to lead its growing Litigation Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious litigation professional who is ready to take ownership of a department, influence strategy, mentor a team, and play a key role in the continued success of a well-established practice.

What You’ll Be Doing

🔹 Leading and managing the Litigation Department

🔹 Handling a varied caseload of civil, commercial, and property litigation matters

🔹 Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors and fee earners

🔹 Supporting business development and client relationship growth

🔹 Monitoring departmental performance, billing, and KPIs

🔹 Ensuring compliance with SRA regulations and internal procedures

🔹 Contributing to the firm’s wider strategic objectives

What We’re Looking For

✔ Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales

✔ Ideally 8+ years’ PQE in litigation

✔ Strong technical expertise across civil, commercial, and property litigation

✔ Previous supervisory or team management experience

✔ Commercial awareness and business development capability

✔ Excellent client care and communication skills

✔ Existing client following or referral network advantageous
