This can be initiated at client request, or as a proactive step by Multiverse to improve client and learner engagement and retention.The role collaborates closely with product and curriculum owners, sales leaders and operational stakeholders to identify and evaluate opportunities to customise learning experiences. In larger and more complex deals, they may engage directly with the client to scope and understand what issues we are trying to solve. Once approved, they orchestrate the necessary resources and stakeholders to make the changes to the learning materials, support the enablement of coaches involved and communicate the changes to clients and learners. Whilst you do not need to be a subject matter expert in our various curricular areas, you will have a strong opinion on where change to the experience will drive impact.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Use a range of methods (qualitative, quantitative and AI powered) to analyse and evaluate root cause issues being solved for in learning customisation requestsDevelop concise yet thoughtful proposals to allow cross functional leaders to effectively evaluate and direct investment to the right customised learning solutionsUtilise generative AI and prompt engineering to rapidly prototype proposed solutions, generate content outlines, and suggest innovative learning activitiesDevelop project and resourcing plans, including schemes of work for contractors to support in adapting learning materialsDevelop structures and systems to project manage solutions at different stages of development, identifying the right internal stakeholders who need to see the solution through to launch and the right systems to check they are on track with tasksCollaborate with product owners and SMEs to ensure accuracy and relevance of customised learning content, integrating their expertise into both the planning and quality assurance stagesBuild effective working relationships with customer success managers, account executives and sales leaders, ensuring that you are a trusted thought partner in how to improve learning for key customer accountsConduct regular evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives, making recommendations for improvement based on data and feedback. Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as an instructional designer, learning architect, or a similar role designing materials for adult learnersStrong project management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines, and adhere to project deliverables.
