A fast-growing business in the technology sector is looking for a Senior CRM Product Manager. This role involves leading a major transformation of the sales technology landscape and taking full ownership of a global Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the strategic roadmap for the Dynamics 365 CRM platform to support business growth.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to define and prioritise product requirements and enhancements.
• Driving the transformation of the sales technology landscape through innovative product solutions.
• Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery and optimisation.
• Ensuring the CRM platform aligns with broader organisational goals and technical architecture.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience as a Product Manager specifically focused on CRM systems.
• Deep technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale technology transformations in a sales environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
