INTERNAL SECONDMENT OPPORTUNITY
Interim Senior Coordinator, Mersey Ferries.
Immediate start, initial 6 months period. Hybrid working Monday to Friday with flexibility to host some evening and weekend events on board our Vessels.

Base locations: Pier Head, Secombe, Mersey Ferries
About The Opportunity
This opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in how our customer‑facing services operate across Ferries and Tunnels tours, planning and delivering events & Charters. It’s a hands‑on role with real variety, where no two days look the same.
If you enjoy coordinating activity, solving problems, working with people and being right at the heart of customer experience, this role offers all of that and more.
We’re keen to fill this role quickly and will take an open‑minded approach to applications. You don’t need to meet every part of the essential criteria to be considered, and we’d encourage colleagues to express interest if they feel they could make a positive contribution to the role.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll help coordinate the smooth delivery of customer services across multiple locations and services, making sure customers get a consistent, high‑quality experience.
