EY-Parthenon has a very flat structure which will allow you to become actively involved in many levels of client work. You will often be the primary contact for clients, responsible for developing and executing work plans, and managing associates. Given the demands of such an accelerated role, your skills as a consultant are highly tuned in the areas of analytics, communications, teamwork, and leadership.Internally, you will have leadership responsibilities in areas like recruiting, training, professional development, etc. In addition, you typically will get involved in key strategic initiatives such as the establishment of new practice areas and the generation of proprietary intellectual capital.As a Senior Consultant, you manage the day-to-day delivery of a workstream within a project, managing teams of between 1 – 3 associates. You will begin taking responsibility for developing the recommendations that will ultimately be implemented by our clients, whilst also learning how to contribute to and grow EY-Parthenon’s business through internal practice building and contributing to new business development.
