The Senior Care Consultant will take a strategic and leadership role in advising care providers on compliance, governance, and operational excellence. Beyond conducting assessments, they will lead complex projects, develop long-term improvement strategies, and advise executive teams on policy and regulatory implementation. The role involves guiding multiple care homes domestically and internationally, mentoring junior consultants, and shaping best-practice frameworks to elevate care standards across the organization. The Senior Care Consultant will act as a key liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring that care homes not only meet compliance requirements but also achieve sustainable, person-centered care outcomes.QualificationsExtensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Elder Care, Home Care, and complex care environmentsAdvanced expertise in Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, and care risk managementProven track record in leading and delivering training programs, workshops, and consultancy projects for senior managementDeep understanding of care home operations, compliance frameworks, and international regulatory requirementsStrong leadership, strategic thinking, project management, and problem-solving skillsExperience mentoring or managing junior consultants or teams in care advisory contextsBachelor’s or advanced degree in healthcare, social work, or a related field; additional certifications in compliance, governance, or healthcare leadership are a plus
