In this role, you will support the smooth scheduling of patient appointments, ensuring treatment is arranged within required timeframes. You’ll work closely with clinicians, patients and colleagues across the Trust, so strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. If you are calm, empathetic and confident working on your own initiative, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This is an onsite role, with the option for flexible working patterns once training is complete. No two days are the same—it’s a fast‑paced environment where attention to detail, adaptability and a good sense of humour are key.
We provide full training and ongoing support to help you settle into the role and thrive.

You will communicate these decisions clearly to key stakeholders—including Consultants, Managers, Theatre teams and Nursing staff—helping to maximise the efficient use of Trust resources and ensuring a smooth patient journey from referral to admission.
