Join an esteemed Insolvency firm located in the Cayman Islands as they seek to welcome an Senior Associate – Insolvency to their prestigious team. This is a dynamic team that offers excellent opportunities for growth within the business.
The role will involve taking the lead on a portfolio of engagements and you will work closely alongside the existing Directors. A really great firm, lots of interesting work and genuine career progression opportunities.
Salary: US$80k
Responsibilities:
- Working on a caseload of insolvency work;
- Maintaining case diaries and meeting all statutory deadlines;
- Preparing reports to court, creditors and investors and attending meetings with clients;
- Providing regular progress and financial case updates;
- Prepare and management of liquidation.
Requirements:
- Accounting Designation would be a bonus;
- Knowledge of insolvency rules and statutory requirements would be beneficial;
- Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
