Position OverviewJob Title Senior Analytics Engineer, Client Strategy VisualizationLocation LondonCorporate Title Vice PresidentGroup Strategic Analytics (GSA) is part of Group Chief Operation Office (COO) which acts as the bridge between the Bank’s businesses and infrastructure functions to help deliver the efficiency, control, and transformation goals of the Bank.You will play a pivotal role in implementing and evolving Deutsche Bank’s client strategy data and visualization platform. This involves delivering a high-performance visualization and workflow platform that provides intuitive reports and insights from descriptive and predictive analytics on Deutsche Bank’s clients, their performance, and emerging opportunities. We have implemented a model that enables eligible employees to work remotely for a part of their working time and reach a working pattern that works for themCompetitive salary and non-contributory pension30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase additional daysLife Assurance and Private Healthcare for you and your familyA range of flexible benefits including Retail Discounts, a Bike4Work scheme and Gym benefitsThe opportunity to support a wide ranging CSR programme + 2 days’ volunteering leave per yearYour Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement end-to-end web-based visualization solutions for client profitability metrics, supporting both the Corporate Bank and Investment BankDevelop client analytics and design visualizations directly into business workflows to enhance decision-makingEngineer robust workflows for efficient data capture from end-users, ensuring data integrity and usabilityLeverage modern JavaScript (Js) frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and specialized libraries (e.g., AG Grid) to build highly interactive and user-friendly interfacesDesign and maintain scalable data ingestion and processing pipelines using Python (Pandas) and SQL, ensuring data availability for analyticsConnect and collaborate with diverse business stakeholders to define and refine reporting requirements, translating them into technical solutionsYour Skills And Experience5+ years of experience delivering advanced web-based visualization solutions, ideally within financial services.Expert proficiency in JavaScript with technical experience in modern frameworks like React or Angular, and charting libraries (e.g., D3.js experience is highly valued).Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas) for data manipulation and SQL for database interaction.Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design best practices for data applications.
