Job DescriptionJoin a fast-paced, global Markets environment as a Senior Analyst in Prime Middle Office, where you’ll play a key role in supporting trading activities across FX, Commodities, Rates, and FX Options.You’ll be at the heart of the trade lifecycle-partnering with Front Office, Risk, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution, accurate reconciliation, and exceptional client support.This is a high-impact role offering exposure to complex products, global workflows, and transformation initiatives-including emerging areas such as ETD and digital assets.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily Prime Middle Office activities including trade matching, reconciliation, and lifecycle managementProvide timely and effective support for client trading activity across multiple asset classesMonitor credit limits in real time and liaise with Risk teams to manage exposuresInvestigate and resolve trade queries, ensuring timely escalation where requiredCollaborate with global teams to deliver a “follow-the-sun” support modelPartner with Technology and project teams on product enhancements and new initiativesContribute to process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencyMaintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Front Office, Legal, Credit, and ITEnsure adherence to operational risk frameworks, controls, and regulatory requirementsSupport business continuity planning and maintain up-to-date process documentationSkills and QualificationsExperience in Middle Office, Operations, or Trade Support within Prime financial servicesStrong understanding of trade lifecycle processes across asset classes (FX, Rates, Commodities, FXO preferred)Knowledge of reconciliation, trade matching, and client servicing workflowsExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and resolve complex issuesStrong communication skills with confidence working across global teams and stakeholdersHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with trading systems and operational toolsProactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovationBachelor’s degree preferredFluency in EnglishAbout Standard CharteredWe’re an international bank, nimble enough to act, big enough for impact.
