Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Security Guard to join our team in an on-site role located in Braintree. The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by performing regular patrols, preventing unauthorized access, and monitoring premises and personnel. Duties include ensuring adherence to safety regulations, providing excellent customer service, and promptly responding to incidents or emergencies. The role requires professionalism and a proactive approach to maintaining safety and security standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and members of the public.
• Knowledge and experience in Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Private Security practices.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly to security incidents.
• Possession of a valid SIA license is essential.
• Good physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to potential security breaches.
• Previous experience in the security, law enforcement, or military field is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
