What will you be doing?
The Secretary plays a key administrative role in keeping the chapter organised and running smoothly. You’ll manage documentation and records using OneDrive and Simvoly, take and upload meeting minutes, track action points, and follow up with committee members on progress. The role also involves supporting communications, helping respond to emails and messages, maintaining event records, and organising socials to strengthen team relationships. Strong organisation, attention to detail, and confidence using digital tools are essential.
