Reports to: Territory Sales Manager
What You’ll Do
- Conduct regular market visits to top outlets and ensure daily sales targets are met across assigned areas.
- Achieve volume goals by category/product and maintain productivity standards, including timely payment collection.
- Drive RED activation standards in outlets and foster a culture of excellence in execution.
- Lead and support the Sales Merchandiser and CCRM teams, manage route planning, asset placement, and promotional activities.
- Build strong customer relationships, ensure compliance with company policies, and submit timely reports for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum STPM/Diploma/Degree-A level.
- Preferably 2-5 years’ experience relevant experience in FMCG or any other related field.
- Effective communication skills and good proficiency in languages.
- Good supervisory and coaching skills.
- Strong customer collaboration skill and able to build effective relationships with trade.
- Must be able to travel within the assigned region.
