IHM is recruiting for a Sales: Head of Growth position for the market leading Short Term Rentalz brand.
You will be responsible for maximising digital sales revenues, together with growing sponsorship revenues of The Shortyz Awards and Short Term Rental Summit.
Responsibilities include driving new business and managing existing accounts, identifying new commercial sales opportunities and working under your own initiative to exceed targets.
Previous experience within sales and account management is preferred with a strong understanding of digital sales, online content solutions, and events.

THE ROLE:
This role will be ideally suited to those who have experience in the following areas:
* Digital media sales within hospitality and real estate
* Account management
KEY DUTIES:
* Lead sales and business development
* Develop new client relationships
* Innovate with creative business solutions
* Relationship management
* Field / face to face negotiation
* Assist with editorial content
COMPETENCIES:

* Understanding of sales and closing techniques

THE PACKAGE:
Hours: Full Time or Contracted
Salary: £35-£40k (uncapped commission: OTE £80 -£100k pa)
Ability to sell across full portfolio of brands
Flexi work: Home based / London office
Mobile telephone and travel expenses
Pension after successful probationary period (Full time role)
