Role: Sales Development Representative

Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $50,000 – $75,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. The role is the first conversation prospects have with us — and the foundation of every deal that follows.
Key Responsibilities
– Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to target accounts
– Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and route them to Account Executives
– Book qualified meetings that convert to pipeline for the sales team
– Maintain accurate activity data and pipeline hygiene in the CRM
– Research target accounts and tailor outreach with relevant context
– Collaborate with marketing on campaign performance and message refinement
Required Skills and Qualifications
– 1+ years in an outbound SDR/BDR or similar customer-facing role
– Excellent written and verbal communication in English
– Comfort with high-volume outbound activity and quota-driven environments
– Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo)
– Resilience and the ability to bounce back from rejection
– Curiosity about prospects’ problems and a consultative listening style
