Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? Mattressman is seeking dynamic Sales Consultants to join our Northampton store. If you thrive in a customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer care, managing and resolving queries quickly and efficiently.
- Sales: Developing and maintaining both new and existing customer relationships through ethical sales methods and outstanding service.
- Telesales: Seamlessly handling telesales calls in addition to assisting in-store customers.
- Teamwork: Working flexibly and collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and provide exceptional customer service.
- Passion & Drive: A passion for sales, enthusiasm for the product, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Resilience: Emotional awareness, resilience, and the ability to handle customer queries with tact and empathy.
- Active Listening: Strong active listening skills to understand and meet customer needs.
