As a High Ticket Sales Closer, you will take pre-qualified inbound sales calls with serious applicants who are interested in our VIP transformation programs. Your role is to build rapport, identify client needs, present our coaching solutions, and confidently enroll the right clients into our programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sales consultations with qualified inbound leads generated through our marketing and Instagram lead-generation systems.
• Build strong rapport, uncover pain points, and clearly communicate the value of our coaching programs.
• Guide prospects through the decision-making process and confidently close sales.
• Follow up with prospects who do not enrol on the initial call via email, direct message, and voice notes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and pipeline management.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including:
• Calls held
• Close rate
• Revenue generated
• Show-up rate

What We are Looking for

• Strong presence, confidence, and professionalism on sales calls.
• Competitive, results-oriented mindset with a desire to earn based on performance.
• Previous experience in sales, coaching, consulting, or client-facing roles is essential.
• Comfortable selling premium coaching programs to committed clients.
• Understanding of fitness, health, mindset, or personal transformation is advantageous.
• Highly organised, punctual, and accountable.
• Able to manage a consistent schedule and maintain high follow-up standards.
• Available to take approximately 2–4 qualified sales calls per day, Monday to Friday (maximum 6 hours per day).
• Preferably after 5:00PM UK time onwards

Earning Potential

• Commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential.
