The Role
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our London team. The successful candidate will drive sales with a highly personalised customer service approach, deliver a shopping experience that reflects the brand’s standards and help meet store targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Drive sales performance while building long-term relationships with clients
- Support clienteling activities and customer loyalty initiatives
- Manage product operations, including stock control, replenishment, and assisting with inventory
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the boutique
Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales within the fashion retail sector, preferably in a premium or contemporary brand environment
- Strong interest in fashion, styling, and visual presentation
- Commercial mindset with a strong results-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service
- Proactive, organised, and positive attitude
- Immediate availability preferred
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus, given our international clientele
