From there, you will progress into coaching and leadership, guided by experienced mentors every step of the way.

What you’ll be doing:
Representing clients through customer-facing marketing campaigns
Learning the fundamentals of team leadership and performance management
Supporting and mentoring new team members as you progress
Participating in leadership coaching and management workshops
Contributing ideas that help improve campaign results and customer experience

We are looking for someone who can commute to central London each day and is ready to begin soon. Everyone at Marble Partners operates on a self-employed basis with an uncapped commission earnings structure.
