Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Sales Advocate, based anywhere in the world. The primary responsibilities include building relationships with current and prospective clients, promoting the platform to new users, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Advocate will conduct customer training sessions, manage sales processes, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Communication skills to interact with clients and team members
• Experience in Customer Service to deliver positive and professional client interactions
• Skills in Sales to identify and convert opportunities into successful outcomes
• Capable of conducting Training sessions to support clients in understanding and utilizing the platform
• Sales Management abilities to oversee and contribute to sales-related activities effectively
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Passion for environmental conservation or GIS technology is a plus
• Previous experience in a related role or industry is advantageous but not required
