Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chelmsford, with an option for remote work on occasion. As a Safeguarding Team Member, you will ensure the delivery of effective safeguarding services, including identifying and addressing safeguarding concerns for vulnerable individuals. Key responsibilities include risk assessments, coordinating with multi-agency partners, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, supporting staff with safeguarding processes, and promoting best practices in safeguarding policies and procedures. Qualifications Strong risk assessment, case management, and safeguarding practicesAbility to collaborate with multi-agency teams and communicate effectively with external stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in maintaining and managing accurate safeguarding recordsRelevant experience or training in safeguarding, child protection, and vulnerable adult supportProven ability to adhere to safeguarding legislation, guidelines, and protocolsStrong organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of the healthcare system and safeguarding within NHS services is advantageousFlexibility and adaptability to work both in Chelmsford and remotelyRelevant certification or qualifications in Social Work, Healthcare, or related fields is a plus
