We’re exclusively partnered with an exciting high-growth cybersecurity vendor looking to hire a Regional Vice President to lead and scale their UK & European business.
This is a player-coach leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-growth environments and enjoys balancing strategic leadership with hands-on revenue generation.
💼 The Role
• Lead the UK & Europe region with responsibility for revenue growth and territory development
• Manage and mentor an initial team consisting of:
• 2 Account Executives
• 1 Sales Engineer
• 1 Channel/Partner Manager
• Personally contribute to strategic enterprise opportunities and key customer relationships
• Build pipeline and drive predictable revenue across the region
• Work closely with executive leadership on GTM strategy and regional expansion
• Help shape the future structure and growth of the EMEA organisation as targets are achieved

🎯 What We’re Looking For
• Proven cybersecurity sales leadership experience across the UK and/or Europe
• Background in start-up or scale-up cyber environments
• Strong enterprise sales DNA with the ability to lead from the front
• Experience building teams, territories, and repeatable GTM motions
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong channel and partner understanding is highly desirable
