Key Responsibilities

• Providing a warm welcome and seating guests.
• Presenting menus, offering recommendations, and answering questions about food and beverages.
• Taking accurate food and drink orders and relaying them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serving meals and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Assisting waiters and ensuring smooth and efficient food and beverage delivery to tables.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, including setting and clearing tables swiftly.
• Processing payments accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborating effectively with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or Runner in a quality restaurant environment.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced setting.
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive, helpful attitude.
