Testing and repairing priority stock, either using their own skills or sending items to the repaid team for repair. Logging and tracking returned merchandise to ensure accurate records and compliance with company policies. Supporting other departments by assisting with inventory management and other RMA-related tasks.There will be elements of light lifting and movement of returned goods.
