-Monday–Saturday | 5 days over 7

We are seeking an experienced Fresh Food Retail Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of one of our established stores in the Greater Glasgow area. This role is suited to a proven retail manager who is confident running a store, leading teams, and maintaining consistently high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of store standards and operational performance
• Staff recruitment and training
• Lead, coach, and manage your team
• Deliver strong customer service and maintain a professional store environment
• Manage rotas, staffing levels, and labour efficiency
• Control stock, availability, waste, and margins
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and H&S regulations

About You

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager or Store Manager (fresh food, food to go, supermarket, retail or grocery is essential)
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage performance
• Commercially aware with a hands-on management style
• High standards and attention to detail
• Flexible to work 5 days over 7 (Monday–Saturday)
