Retail Assistant – £12.83 per hour Shifts: 30 Hours per week, between 7am and 11pm Address: Lancaster Services, M6 J32/33, White Carr Ln, Bay Horse, Lancaster LA2 9DU Are you ready to be our next WHSmith Retail Assistant? What you’ll be doing as a Retail Assistant:
- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
- Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
- Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
- Receiving deliveries and replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
- Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
- Maintaining supervision of our adult gaming areas
- Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
- Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
- Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
