We are currently recruiting for a Responsive Repairs Administrator to deliver an excellent customer service in relation to the housing repairs service. This includes technical support, dealing with repair enquiries and/or requests, work scheduling and making appointments and being the initial first point of contact for complaints.
To work with the wider Regeneration and Housing team within the Council to ensure excellence in service to customers, both internal and external.
Responsible for the day to day administrative support delivery to the core housing repairs service. This includes providing full administrative duties to teams within the property services team, including voids, planned maintenance and reactive repairs.
Dealing with repair enquiries, repair requests from customers and be responsible for work scheduling and making appointments. Be the first point of contact for customer complaints.
Updating of property records and the housing management system to ensure that accurate records and information are available.
