About the Role
MAT Recruitment is looking for a motivated Resourcer to join our growing education recruitment team.
This is a delivery-focused role, centred around candidate generation and support across live vacancies. You’ll work closely with the Recruitment team to source high-quality candidates and help deliver against a steady pipeline of roles within established client accounts.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the candidate side of recruitment and wants to develop within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing candidates using job boards, databases, and social platforms
- Screening and qualifying candidates for a range of education roles
- Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
- Supporting Recruitment team with active vacancies
- Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
- Writing and posting job adverts to attract the right talent
- Keeping systems and candidate records up to date
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in education recruitment or resourcing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, driven, and organised
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- A team player who enjoys supporting others and delivering results
Working Pattern
- Working Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Hybrid working model
- Weekly team presence required in Warrington (Tuesdays)
