The role / responsibilities
We are supporting the search for a Resident Services Associate to join a busy, resident-focused development. The Resident Services Associate will play a key role in delivering front of house services and supporting the smooth running of the building.
• The Resident Services Associate reports into the Resident Manager and works closely with wider teams.
• Deliver a front of house service, including meet and greet, handling enquiries and managing parcels.
• Support the full resident journey, including move-in and move-out processes.
• Assist with lettings activity, including viewings and coordination from offer to move-in.
• Manage bookings for amenity spaces and support the upkeep of shared areas.
• Liaise with contractors and raise works orders to ensure maintenance issues are resolved.
• Handle resident queries and complaints, escalating where required.
• Support the delivery of resident events and engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to the overall presentation and operation of the building through regular checks.
The skills needed / requirements
We are looking for a Resident Services Associate who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys delivering a high level of customer service.
• Experience within hospitality or a similar customer-facing environment is essential.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build relationships with residents, colleagues and external partners.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and service delivery.
• Working knowledge of health and safety requirements is beneficial.
• A professional and well-presented approach at all times.
