We are seeking an experienced Renewables Technical Support Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time, site-based role with occasional travel to customer installations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to customers and installers, diagnosing and resolving system issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with energy storage systems and renewable technologies, offering practical solutions and collaborating with internal teams to deliver reliable and efficient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills
* Strong technical expertise with hands-on troubleshooting ability
* Electrical qualifications preferred, with knowledge of BS7671 regulations
* Proven experience in technical support and fault diagnosis
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent customer support and communication skills
* Familiarity with renewable energy systems (solar, battery storage, etc.)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (preferred)
* Previous experience in a technical support or service role within the renewables sector
* Full UK driving licence required
