Patient Engagement Officer (Dentistry) – Remote Role

Ready to take your dental career in an exciting new direction? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Patient Engagement Officer to join a fast-paced central team supporting a network of 50+ thriving dental practices.

You’ll be at the heart of patient communication, turning enquiries into booked appointments and helping clinics stay busy and successful. If you love speaking with people, enjoy hitting targets, and thrive in a results-driven environment, this could be the perfect fit.

What you’ll be doing:

• Responding quickly to new patient enquiries via phone, email, text, and WhatsApp
• Handling inbound calls and guiding patients through their options
• Confidently discussing treatments and securing bookings
• Engaging with patients social media and digital channels
• Managing and converting email enquiries
• Promoting a range of dental services and membership plans
• Using dental software and CRM systems (including Salesforce)
• Taking and chasing payments through cloud-based systems
• Supporting with general admin tasks as needed

Full training is provided, what matters most is your attitude and ability to learn. You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

• Highly organised and quick to pick things up
• Confident using computers and multiple systems
• Comfortable speaking with patients and building rapport
• Friendly, personable & engaging
• Motivated by targets, with strong sales and closing skills

This role is especially suited to sales / account executives, treatment coordinators, or nurses looking to step into a more commercial, patient-focused position.

Bonus points if you have:

• A dental background
• Experience with Dentally software
• Previous sales experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems
