Right now, we are building our sales floor from the ground up. We are looking for a highly motivated, relentless, and sharp Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to join our fully remote team and be a foundational part of our growth. What You Will Do
Your main objective is simple: generate pipeline and book highly qualified meetings for our closing team. On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Hunt for Business: Conduct high-volume cold calls and direct outreach to HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Managers, and CEOs.
- Pitch the Future: Effectively communicate the value of our AI screening software and secure qualified demo calls.
- Follow Up Relentlessly: Send out highly targeted short demo videos via email to follow up with prospects and lock in calendar invites.
- Maximize Warm Leads: Swiftly engage and convert inbound/warm leads into booked demos.

Compensation & Perks
This is a pure hunter role designed for top performers who want their income directly tied to their work ethic.
- Expected Earnings: $4,000 – $7,000+ per month.
- High-Value Commission Structure: Uncapped 10% commission per closed deal. (Our core offer is $550/mo + $200 per seat. Since placement fees in our clients’ markets are exceptionally high, our product drives immense ROI—meaning every closed deal is worth real, substantial money in your pocket).
