Authority / purpose of the position

We are looking for a Regional Senior Marketing Specialist to support the formulation and focus on the efficient execution of localized offline marketing activities in the UK, Ireland & Nordics regions. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of offline events, local campaign support and on-site execution, assisting the Regional Marketing Manager to align regional offline marketing operations with global and regional strategic objectives. The incumbent will work closely with internal teams, external vendors and partners to ensure the smooth delivery of all offline marketing initiatives, and provide effective operational support for local market promotion.

Main Responsibility/ Job Expectations

Key Responsibilities

1. Offline Event Execution & On-site Support

• Assist in the end-to-end planning, logistics arrangement and on-site execution of regional offline events (e.g., conferences, workshops, product launch roadshows, industry salons).
• Be responsible for the preparation of event materials, on-site coordination, vendor communication and post-event sorting & follow-up to ensure seamless delivery of events.
• Collect and organize event data, assist the superior in calculating event ROI and completing post-event analysis reports for continuous optimization of event execution.
• Travel up to 30-40% according to the frequency of regional offline events to support on-site activities in the region.

2. Local Marketing Campaign Operational Support

• Assist the Regional Marketing Manager in developing and producing localized promotional materials that comply with regional regulations and cultural characteristics.
• Support the execution of local offline campaigns, including material distribution, offline channel coordination and on-site promotion support.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to assist in the offline linkage of social media promotion, webinars and newsletter activities, and collect local customer feedback.
• Ensure all offline execution and material use comply with the industry regulatory standards and legal requirements of the Benelux and France regions.

3. Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration Support

• Assist in maintaining daily communication and cooperative relationships with local vendors, partners, distributors and industry association staff, and follow up on the implementation of cooperative matters.
• Work closely with the sales team to collect local market demand and feedback, and align offline marketing activity information with the front-line sales team.
• Coordinate internal cross-departmental resources (e.g., design, admin) to ensure the smooth progress of offline marketing work.

Knowledge/Experience/Competence

1. 知识 Knowledge（Education/Major）

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field; majors in biotechnology/life sciences are preferred (no mandatory requirement).

2. 经验 Experience

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in marketing execution, event operation or related fields; experience in biotech/pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is a plus.
• Have practical experience in offline event planning, on-site execution or activity support (e.g., conference coordination, roadshow implementation).
• Familiar with the basic process of marketing activity execution, with the ability to complete assigned work independently under guidance.

• Good English communication skills (both oral and written), able to conduct daily work communication and document writing; Fluent in Mandarin.
• Basic analytical ability, able to collect and sort marketing data and feedback, and assist in simple data analysis.
• Strong sense of responsibility, careful and rigorous work attitude, with good team cooperation awareness.

• Basic project execution and multi-tasking ability, able to adapt to the fast-paced work rhythm of offline marketing and on-site travel needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data sorting, report making and material preparation; basic operation of Canva or other simple design tools is a plus.
• Strong on-site response ability, able to handle simple unexpected problems in the process of offline event execution.
• Familiar with the use of basic marketing operation tools is a plus (no mandatory requirement for Salesforce/Adobe/Constant Contact).
