Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Training Executive – South East, based in the Worcester and Kidderminster area. The role involves designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skillsets and capabilities of the sales teams. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, assessing training needs, providing on-the-job coaching, developing sales techniques, and monitoring performance improvements. Collaboration with regional managers to align training initiatives with sales strategies, ensuring targets and goals are met, is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong sales knowledge, including sales training, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to present, train, and mentor teams
• Proficiency in planning and execution of strategies for team development and motivation
• Organizational skills, with experience in scheduling and managing training programs
• Proven ability to meet targets and drive measurable sales performance results
• Knowledge of the bedding or furniture industry is a plus
• Flexibility to travel regionally as required
• A valid driver’s license and access to transportation
