Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Finance Director. The chosen candidate will oversee and manage all financial operations within the assigned region, including budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The role involves monitoring compliance with financial regulations, identifying cost-saving opportunities, providing strategic financial recommendations, and supporting key business decision-making. The Regional Finance Director will manage cross-functional financial teams and ensure alignment with corporate fiscal strategies while upholding exceptional standards of accuracy and integrity in financial processes.

• Proficiency in Financial Systems, Forecasting Tools, and Advanced Excel Skills
• Excellent Analytical, Problem-solving, and Decision-making abilities
• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills for Executive and Stakeholder Collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are a plus
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is advantageous
