Recruitment Officer Full Time

We are proud to be partnering with a housing association in Tunbridge Wells who are looking to appoint a Recruitment Officer on a 6-month FTC.

This will be a full-time position based in Kent, with hybrid working (2/3 days home working) and a salary of £28,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have extensive administrative skills and be happy in a public facing role.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

•Coordinating and supported interviews for multiple hiring managers, including CV screening, candidate communication and agency liaison

•Managing end-to-end onboarding processes, including right to work checks, references and compliance with recruitment policies

•Acting as a key point of contact for recruitment, supporting hiring managers and overseeing hiring activity

•Conducting telephone screenings to assess candidate suitability across a range of roles

•Managing candidate experience, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process

•Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting, including KPI tracking using Excel

Experience required:

•Experience required in administration

•Experience working in a public facing role
