It is an opportunity to be part of building a new service from the beginning — helping to create positive pathways for recovery, strengthen local partnerships, and make a lasting impact for the people we support.About The RoleAs a Recovery Coordinator, you will work directly with people affected by substance use, you will support people throughout their treatment and recovery journey, providing person-centred interventions that promote recovery, resilience, and independence.About YouWe are looking for people who are compassionate, motivated, and committed to supporting recovery.You will ideally haveExperience working within substance misuse, mental health, health, social care, or related servicesA good understanding of recovery and harm reduction approachesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities within a busy serviceGood IT and organisational skillsA collaborative and flexible approach to team workingMost importantly, you will share our belief that recovery is possible for everyone.Additional InformationHours Full Time – 37.5 hours per weekContract PermanentPlease note Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week.
