Duties
An opportunity has become available to join the Belford Hospital reception team on a part-time basis of 21.89 hours. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for telephone enquiries and face to face visitors. Duties include:
The successful candidate will demonstrate a good standard of education. Previous experience of telephone operating systems is desirable but not essential as training will be given. Basic IT skills are essential, including the use of e-mail and MS365 applications. Previous experience of working with patient management systems is desirable.

You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
