Receptionist | Harrods Full Time NEW

We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Harrods branch located in Central London and assist with the day-to-day reception operations of our store in a helpful, professional, and efficient manner, in line with the company’s values, mission, and ethos.

is an upscale male grooming brand founded in the UK in 2015. Over the last few years, the brand has experienced significant growth and now operates 13 stores across some of London’s most prestigious locations, including Harrods, Mayfair, London’s Shard, Canary Wharf, and New York City.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of initiative and independence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment. They will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing priorities effectively while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Being the first point of contact for customers in-store
• Supporting the day-to-day operation of the store
• Greeting customers and offering refreshments
• Managing bookings and processing payments
• Monitoring stock levels and informing the Store Manager of any potential stock concerns

You must have the following skills:

• Excellent communication skills at all times
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure
• Friendly, approachable, and flexible attitude
• Ability to work independently while seeking guidance where appropriate
• Proactive, positive, and enthusiastic approach with a strong “can-do” attitude
• Smart appearance and confidence in a customer-facing environment
• Previous receptionist experience is desirable

This is a part-time fixed-term position, working Mondays and Tuesdays each week. Please note that during the period from 27 June to 8 July, the role will require full-time availability. The contract will run until 30 of September 2026.
