The role also includes carrying out a range of healthcare and clerical duties, in line with the post holder’s competencies.Main duties of the jobSupport Clinical Care — Assist in the organisation, delivery, and evaluation of clinical care for patients within the department.Welcome and Orientation — Ensure patients and visitors are welcomed to the department and provide assistance with their orientation.Provide basic nursing care — Deliver basic nursing care within the limits of your competencies, including care for terminally ill, disabled, elderly, confused patients, and children.Working for our organisationBedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust provides hospital services to a growing population of around 700,000 people living across Bedfordshire and the surrounding areas across two busy hospital sites in Bedford and Luton.
